Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching for every stage of your divorce recovery journey — from newly separated through five years post-divorce.
You do not have to navigate this alone. Whether you are in the earliest days of shock and disorientation, deep in the hard middle work of rebuilding, or years out and still feeling stuck — there is a path forward designed specifically for where you are right now.
Working together in weekly 50-minute private coaching sessions, we meet you exactly where you are — and move forward from there, one step at a time.
Early Stage
Years 0 to 1
Finding your footing when the ground has shifted beneath you.
In the earliest stage of recovery, everything feels uncertain and overwhelming. We work through the denial and fear that make it hard to see a path forward, the profound loneliness of a life that has suddenly been turned upside down, and the grief over the future you believed you would have. Whether you initiated the divorce and are carrying guilt, or you did not want it and are reeling from rejection — this is where we begin to find your footing again.
Middle Stage
Years 2 to 3
Doing the deeper work of healing and reclaiming yourself.
This is where the real rebuilding begins. We work through the anger that may still surprise you with its intensity, the grief that did not resolve on anyone else's timeline, and the essential work of letting go. We address the loss of identity that so many women describe — not knowing who you are outside of the marriage — and begin the step-by-step process of reclaiming her.
We tackle self-worth, boundaries, and the daily challenge of dealing with your ex. For mothers, this is also where we address one of the most painful questions divorcing mothers carry — how is this affecting my children? Together we work on protecting your children's wellbeing, approaching co-parenting with a focus on the best possible psychological adjustment of your children.
Late Stage
Years 4 to 5
Moving from surviving to genuinely thriving.
In the late stage, we turn toward the future — and the questions that come with it. Can you trust again? Can you love again? Is it too late to start over, to find purpose, to build a life? These questions can be particularly difficult when you are rebuilding in midlife — when you wonder if too much time has passed, and the future feels uncertain. This is where we work on dating, trust, sexuality, singleness, and the deepest question of all: what does my life look like now, and what do I want it to become?
Every stage of this journey is a step up the mountain. And at the top — freedom.
