Moving Forward After Divorce:
8 Week Group Coaching Program
Expert guidance, real connection, and a clear path forward -- in a small, intimate group of women who know what this feels like.
If you are feeling stuck -- like you know you need to move forward but cannot seem to find your way there -- you are not alone. And you are exactly who this program is for.
You have probably tried to explain what you are going through to people who love you. And you have probably felt their discomfort with your pain, or received advice that was well-meaning but completely missed the mark. What you are going through is not something most people around you can truly understand.
But other women on this journey can.
The Moving Forward After Divorce Group Coaching Program brings together a small, intimate group of six to ten women -- from newly separated through five years post-divorce -- for eight weeks of expert-guided, deeply personal work. Every session is tailored to the specific stages and challenges of the women in the group. You will never be handed a one-size-fits-all curriculum. You will be met exactly where you are.
What Makes The Group Experience Different
There is something that happens when you hear another woman voice what you have been feeling. The isolation eases. The pain lessens. The confusion clears. You begin to see that healing is possible.
That is what this group offers -- alongside the same expert coaching, proven tools, and step-by-step guidance you would receive in individual sessions. You get both: the structured, experienced support of a divorce recovery coach whose expertise is grounded in 25+ years as a psychotherapist and divorce coach -- and who has experienced her own divorce -- and the irreplaceable comfort of being truly understood by a small, intimate group of women who know what this feels like.
What We Work On Together
Every session addresses the issues most relevant to where you and your fellow group members are at that time. Over the course of eight weeks, the work draws from across all three stages of recovery -- Early, Middle, and Late -- and covers the full landscape of what divorce recovery actually involves:
The grief over the future you believed you would have
Denial, fear, loneliness, and the disorientation of a life that has suddenly been turned upside down
Guilt or rejection -- depending on how your marriage ended
Feeling like a failure, and rebuilding your sense of self-worth from the inside out
Anger, letting go, and the work of reclaiming your identity
Boundaries -- with your ex, your family, and yourself
Co-parenting, and protecting your children's wellbeing through the transition
Navigating singleness, dating, trust, and the possibility of love again
Finding purpose, openness, and the freedom waiting at the top of the mountain
What You Walk Away With
By the end of eight weeks you will have:
A clear, step-by-step understanding of where you are in your recovery and what comes next
Practical tools and strategies you can use immediately -- tailored to your stage and your specific challenges
Realistic hope and timelines for healing -- because understanding where you are and what comes next makes every step forward possible
A reclaimed identity -- with the confidence and clarity to move into the next chapter of your life
Bonds and connections with women who truly understand -- and who you will want to stay connected to long after the program ends

Weekly, one-hour office hours where participants can ask questions or submit questions ahead of time
